Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the GLP-1 Tracker mobile application (the “App”) handles your information. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the provider of the App.

In short: the health information you record stays on your device. We do not receive it, see it, sell it or share it. GLP-1 Tracker is a personal tracker and does not provide medical advice or medical services.

1. We are not a healthcare provider

GLP-1 Tracker is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and we are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy or insurer. The information you record in the App is your own personal record. It is not part of any medical record, and it is not reviewed by us or by any healthcare professional. 2. The information you record

You can choose to record information such as:

– your medication, dose, how often you take it, shot dates, times and injection sites;
– weight, height, goal weight and body measurements;
– protein, water and fibre;
– daily check-ins (hunger, food noise, energy), side effects and notes;
– reminder times, units and other settings.

Some of this is health information. It is sensitive, and we treat it that way.

3. Where it is stored: only on your device

– Everything you record is stored locally on your device, inside the App.
– The App has no account and no server for your data. We do not receive, collect, see or hold a copy of what you record.
– We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone, including advertisers, data brokers, insurers, employers or analytics providers.
– We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.

Your device’s own backups (for example iCloud or computer backups, if you have turned them on) may include the App’s data. Those backups are controlled by you and by your device provider under their privacy terms, not by us.

4. Information we do not collect

The App does not:

– ask you for your name, email address or phone number;
– use your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or health apps;
– include advertising;
– include third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools;
– track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

5. Permissions the App may ask for

– Notifications, only if you turn on reminders. Reminders are scheduled on your device, and no reminder content is sent to us.
– Tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). If the App shows this prompt, your answer does not change what the App does: it does not track you, whichever you choose. [Remove this item if the prompt is removed from the App.]

You can change permissions at any time in your device settings.

6. When information leaves your device: only when you choose

– Sharing. If you share an image such as a milestone or weekly summary, it is sent through your device’s share options to the app or person you pick. You decide what is shared and with whom, and that recipient’s own privacy terms then apply.
– App Store If you rate or review the App, that happens through Apple under Apple’s privacy terms.
– Our legal pages. Opening the Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy loads them from our website, like any web page.

7. Keeping and deleting your information

Your information stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete it at any time:

• in the App, using Delete all my data, which removes your profile, logs and settings from the device; or
• by deleting the App.

Because we do not hold a copy, deleted information cannot be recovered by us.

8. Security

Your information is protected by your device’s own security, such as your passcode, Face ID or Touch ID and device encryption. Please keep your device secure. If someone else can unlock your device, they may be able to open the App and see what you have recorded.

9. Children

The App is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, data-protection laws (such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU and UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws) may give you rights over your personal data, such as access, correction and deletion. Because the information you record is held only on your device and not by us, you can exercise these rights directly in the App: your records are there for you to view, and you can delete them with Delete all my data. 11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will ask you to review and accept it in the App before you continue using it.
