If you are a user, you agree that the claim must be resolved exclusively in the Bilaspur High Court, Chhattisgarh, that you submit to the personal jurisdiction to this court for the purpose of litigating any such claim, and that the laws of India will govern these Terms and any claim, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Relationship Tracker App accepts no liability whatsoever, direct or indirect for non-compliance with the laws of any country other than that of India. Any content and or comment uploaded by you, shall be subject to relevant Indian laws and may be disabled, or and may be subject to investigation under appropriate laws. Furthermore, if you are found to be in non-compliance with the laws and regulations, these terms, or the privacy policy of the Website, the Company shall have the right to immediately terminate/block your access and usage of the Website and the Company shall have the right to immediately remove any non-compliant Content and/or comment, uploaded by you and shall further have the right to take recourse to such remedies as would be available to the Company under the applicable laws.
